sleeping tips in this ridiculous heat!

Im 25 weeks and it is becoming extremely hard to get a good nights sleep because of the heat and also the baby is beginning to make things uncomfortable.  Summer has only just started! Anyone got any good tips on how to get a good nights rest?

Get a fan and if you need a blanket have one leg under and one over the blanket. That helps keep you cool but not to cold and even stops your sweaty thighs from sticking together if you have that problem

I think the answer to my question is to get air con. We have spoken about it but currently can't afford it! Definitely going to put it at the top of our list of things to sort out next! And the sheet idea is a good one, hadn't thought of that. I take showers before bed but I find I end up hotter albeit fresher than before.... thanks ladies for the tips :)

We have the ac on and two floor fans and a ceiling fan in our room. I also use a body pillow to help with the fact baby is making me uncomfortable

Do somethig active before bed to make u tired, take a bath or shower, turn a fan on you, and if ur like me and cant sleep without a blanket on u get a really thin one or use a sheet. Plus use silky sheets so they are cooler.
