Ginger ale & saltines or ginger candies (sugar free if needed) or even just small amounts of ginger root shredded or sliced in the food. Doesn't have to be enough to taste, just it being in there helped me.
Some people suffer more than others with morning sickness. For some it is 24 hours and 9 months.
That said, the important thing is whether you are gaining sufficient weight, that you have no signs of pre-eclampsia, no edema, or other abnormal signs. If you are otherwise healthy, the morning sickness will make you miserable, but not harm the baby. Take your vitamins and nibble a little all day long, if you can. That seems to help some. I found that sucking a lemon keeps the nausea at bay.
P.S. Symptoms are usually less severe with subsequent pregnancies.
