had a really bad cold---need help

ladies- I have this really bad cold for 3 days now, haven't take any medicine for it but I want to know if  I could use Vicks vapor rub on my neck?  I actually threw up last night, don't know if its due to my pregnancy or from being sick because throughout my pregnancy I haven't threw up at all.  I'm 12w2d.

I'm pretty sure it's safe to use...But like hopefulmommy said, check with your doc to make sure. =)

Check with your doctor or a nurse in the office. They are always your best bet on which meds you can take or not.

Vicks is my all time favorite thing to use when I have a cold and just didn't want to use it until I find out if it's safe during pregnancy. THANKS!

I have been using vicks vapor rub thorughout my pregnancy. Especially when I get colds, it helps me sleep and relax so much. Also, it helps with my headaches.
