hand swelling! help

I put my engagement ring on earlier it is alittle tight so I've Been using lotion to get it off. Tonight at work I must of done to much my hands and feet are so swollen and I can not get my ring off!!! Lotion.ice etc nothing will help.and my finger is so red.I don't want It to start to cut off circulation. I'm so worries. What do I do? I'm 38 weeks. You think I.should just leave it and see if the swelling goes down enough for me to slip it off or what?

Try drinking water and resting with your arm elevated see if that helps I had to go in hospital about two weeks ago for observation and had an IV in and the next morning my hands were so swollen I had to take my wedding rings off since then I check my rings several times a day and take them off if it feels like its getting tight at all and put them on a chain around my neck you may have to keep it off for the rest of your pregnancy if the swelling doesn't stay down but you don't have much longer right? Also let your dr know your hands are swelling
