stay fit

I have 18weeks left in my pregnancy and im walking at least twice a week on a track. I want to be fit and have a smooth delivery like I had with my first born. :-)  what y'all ladies think?

Im 25 week s I'm hoping I don't have him beforr 34 weeks.

Me too lol im terrified of labor. And already had complications so I definitely want to walk when im able. I don't want to have my baby too early though. I havent gained weight at all.  Im jus now rounding lol I definitely plan to walk after the baby I want to loose what I do gain fast.

I think that's good :)  I walk two blocks twice a day at least 4 times a week :D I want an easy delivery to! Lol an I don't want to gain too much weight :) this is my first baby an I'm super nervous about labor!! Haha I just hope everything goes smoothly with no compilations :)))

Walking is very good. Also my dr told me that I could do very light pregnancy yoga. That's all I can really do until im farther along. I want to do this maternity aerobics that my community center offers when im farther along. But if I do too much now ill go into labor early. I cant wait to be able to walk lol

I wish I could walk its so beautiful outside and I jus want to go to the park and walk. Im on bedrest tho..and have been since beginning of feb.
