That's how I felt before I knew I was pregnant. Not fun! Hope u feel better!
If you are pregnant it is part of your morning sickness. It is good to keep crackers or dry cereal next to your bed and also a glass of water. Once you have some crackers and water you can have a Tylenol to help with the achy body and the headaches.

Yeah well morning sickness is sometimes a poor description I had it terrible with my son and I called it always sickness lol. For most women it gets much better in their second trimester. Good luck!!
you are probably dehydrated. a hang over is generally due to dehydration. i get the same feeling every once in a while. try to drink a little bit more water. : ) hope you are feeling better soon.
