It could be the baby up there, my baby use to sit at the top in a ball all the time then move back down later I know its him cause earlier in my pregnancy it was a tiny hard buldge now its huge and if I rub it he pushes back

Awwwwww, sometimes it's the way that contraction starts! not all contractions start of really painful but the intensity of the pain buiilds up. Try and rest a little and see how it progresses as time goes by... Keep us posted pls.

It could be Braxton hicks contractions or going into early labour! Is it painful when it hardens at the top and how long as it been going on for? Maybe time it and rate the pain
