hard to breathe!

hey ladies, 17 weeks now. I woke up around 1am and noticed it was so hard to breathe for some reason. It's now 2:58am and its still difficult. I'm getting really worried and almost wanna go to ER but my boyfriend is passed out and needs to be up early for work. Now my right nostril is clogged and I feel a sore throat, can still barely breathe!

I didn't get any sleep last night just because I was concentrating so hard to breathe then got up and worked an 8hr shift and have been crying and stressed all day, and idk how or why I'm still awake. I had another episode at work towards the end of the night. So I spoke to my dad about it and he says it may have been an anxiety attack ( it runs in the family, but its never happened to me). Also I didn't think it was the baby, I'm 17 weeks and you can't even tell I'm pregnant, so the baby can't be that high up yet can it???

Honey im sure ur fine... its very normal,  if u weren't getting enough oxygen u would be light headed n dizzy and even pass out. Take slow deep breathes. Your probably experiencing a panic attack. You could also be having braxton Hicks which cause ur uterus to get tight and definitely make u feel like u r having trouble breathing. Pregnancy causes a lot of weird and scary things and causes us to worry bcus its not something we're used to feeling.
