Left side of stomach

We need to be sleeping on our left side of our stomachs

I'm more comfortable on my tummy than my sides cause I like tucking on knee in and one leg straight. Weird actually. But not uncomfortable. On my sides I have bad heartburn and every night I have to leave a tablet of tums in my mouth lol

Either side is actually just fine. What we don't want to see is laying flat on your back putting pressure on the vena cava cutting off oxygenated blood to baby and  making your self light headed.

I love sleeping on my tummy! Last night the little one let me know i can't do that no more. So sad lol

I was always told this. I am due in 3 days and still sleep on my tummy

It doesn't really matter. They say oxygen supply is better on the left.. but as long as yoy are comfortable, then it is ok. The further along you get, your baby will let you know when to not sleep a certain way.
