headaches & a very mexican mother in law
Ugggh she tells me NOT to take anything!!! That any lil thing can hurt my baby...im pretty sure a couple of Tylenol regular strength wont hurt....RIGHT!?
You can take Tylenol even if it's extra strength. You can have 2 500mg tabs every 6 hours. Another suggestion that I found to work was an ice pack to the base of the neck and head it helps do something with the blood vessels back there that helps lessen the pain. The nurse at my ob office suggested it.
That's pretty much all that's safe, take some Tylenol your the pregnant one, not her girl :)
Tylenol is perfectly safe to take. As long as it's taken as it says on the box. Don't suffer with a headache if you don't have to love.
