headaches and cramps

hi ladies, i have posted a lot about pregnancy symptons that turned out to be stress. i am now having themn again cramps in lower abdoman headaches. sore tender breasts. my stomach feels weird. i have come of depo shot about jan and still no period. i am wandering if this can cause my symptons. did i mention i am overly emotional also. any help would be great. took preg test and it said neg. i am unsure of when i ovulate or anything as it hard to tell as no period.

I came off depo August last year and my period returned Nov 07 but didn't regulate until Jan 08, i had the same symptoms as yourself and every month was a let down when i got a negative result.  I have been told it could take anything from 1 year and over for your body to get back to some normality.  But i have now just missed a period and think i may be about 4 weeks pregnant so keeping my fingers crossed. Try taking evening primrose oil or go to your local health shop and ask for something that detoxes the body this will help get rid of any left over depo and help your periods come back and regulate quicker also drinks lots of water best thing to flush out the system.  Hope this helps

no i havent had a period since coming of the shot. i did a preg test and it said neg, i have been going through a lot of stuff over the last couple of weeks. and know that stress can prevent it from happening. the cramps that i have been having feel like af coming but it been a few days now and nothing. i usually get pain one day and wake up with af, but no. i dont feel pregnant but could be due to trying so hard and for so long i gave up emotionally, i am at a loss with this. i have a lot of **** going on and cant talk to my husband or tell him as my friend asked me not too, and now i feel like im with holding from him. i would never betray my friends trust but this is my husband and we talk about everything. i do not have a problem with what she has chosen i am fine with this what i am not fine with is withholding stuff from my husband, and lying to another friend. i just dont know what to do. i really cant say anyhting as i dont want to betray her, i hate lying though. i know shes not ready for the world to know yet but i am at a loss with this also. any advice would be great. thanks in advance.

Since you are  overly emotional and stressed this can effect ovulation,it will delay ovulation which in return will delay your period,or indeed you may be pregnant.you may have ovulated later.have you had a period since coming of the shot,i dont know much about it,but if you havent then maybe your doctor could perscribe somthing to bring on your period,but let them check you for pregnancy first.
