32 weeks and swelling
I'm 32 weeks and am experiencing swelling in my hands and feet, it isn't drastic to a point where I feel miserable or in pain but it does bug me because I don't have any comfy shoes. Is anyone else experiencing swelling like this, I heard it's bad.Sn: I don't eat salty foods and all I drink is water.
If your swelling is sudden you need to call your ob. Otherwise you will just have to stay away from salty foods/sodium. :(
Most selling can be normal but if it suddenly started and won't go down with rest, contact your doc. Could be bp
