heart burn is killin me!
Im 19w5d and iv been getting woken up cause of heart burn and acid reflux,for the past couple of days. Tums dont work well what are some natural ways and some medications i can take?
Prevacid 24 worked for me w.my 2nd pregnancy. My Ob told me about it. Take it 2x times aday btw : u Can buy it over the counter.
Sugarless minty gum works instantly for me, skip the sweet kind or cinnamon, they will make it worst, a cold glass of milk and good posture may help too
