Milk doesn't help my heart burn, but chocolate milk does. I buy the kind that's already mixed up, mixing it myself doesn't help for some reason. Also, Mylanta works very well. It tastes like chalk (awful) but helps. And Tums is my night time best friend lol

Open a can of coke and let it sit til it's flat then drink it. I know it sounds odd but my nurse told me that and it works incredibly!

Tums, prilosect, or pretty much any over the counter heart burn relief. Drinking milk does help me although some people say it doesn't work. Eating almonds also help.
