The only thing I have found to help a little is to take a few sips of Sierra mist because of the carbonation. I've tried everything. Thank heavens I will be giving birth soon cause heartburn is terrible

I'm on Zantac and tums together because mine is bad. I also have medicine the doctor prescribed me that I haven't decided on taking yet.

Alka seltzer fruity chewables help me. I got them at Wal-Mart :) Plus I try to stay away from fast food, fried food and drink more water. And try not to eat spicy foods or anything before you go to bed.

What helpped me is not to drink anything for like 30min after you eat. I heard papaya enzymes work great.

Yogurt and tums work for me.  Most people say milk but that never helped me.  Yogurt works in 10 mins.  Tums is instant.
