Does anything work for you to relieve it? I can not sleep at all because of this being so bad. For about 3 days now it's been constant and preventing me from sleeping.

Chewing gum can help if its during the day and you dont have anything else around you. Also eating in smaller portions is suppose to help. But tums work really well for like first thing in the morning or at night, well thats when they work for me. Just be careful to not take more than what the container says to take a day or week, unless your doctor says otherwise.

Nexium! I had heartburn and acid reflux sooooo bad. And one of those a day has made it completely disappear.

I have the peppermint gaviscon, it keeps me up at night too :(

Tums, tums and more tums. I loved the mint ones the fruit ones are gross to me.

Zantac works and it's safe my doctor gave it to me at 30 weeks

Try a full glass of milk if u can and if it won't discuss you put some ice cubes in it. A lil awkward for a lot of people but I enjoy it and helps me with the heart burn.
