heartburn help!!!!! its horrible and agonizing!!!

Hello everyone i am almost 7 weeks along and week 6 by far has been the toughest! Heartburn has decided to introduce itself to my body. I have done everything, eat small meals, dont lie down after eating, nothing spicy, no chocolate, no coffee, ive been living off of plain rice, pasta and dry toast but nothing helps. Even ginger ale, malox max and tums do nothing. Last night i got it twice lasting about two hours each accompanied with dry heaving, upper back pain (like a sore brittle type of pain) the chest pain and my stomach on the right side was hurting as if they were all connected. SHOULD I BE WORRIED??? ANY INPUT, SUGGESTIONS PLZ!!!!

I'm 38 weeks and I still battle with heart burn. I chug a glass of milk and if that doesn't help I take tums.. don't worry its safe for you and the baby.

I get really bad heart burn and I'm 14 weeks if your like me I HATE Tums that chalky taste just nasty lol. I take zantac over the counter every day or just when I know I'm eating something spicy that will trigger it. Also drink milk it helps cool it down!
