heartburn

I'm 38 weeks today & cannot sleep due to heartburn. does anyone else get like this?

I have been getting the acid every night for the last 3 nights and tums seem to help me

Gaviscon works for me

Zantac 150 twice a day helped me prevent it then if that didnt work 4 tums took it away instantly.

I had it really bad a few days ago, it made me throw up a couple times :( I'm 37 weeks, first I had indigestion really bad, bloated and everything, the next day is when the heartburn kicked in. I usually take Tums extra strength but that didn't cut it. I went out & got ultra strength, those seemed to work good. I ate crackers too.

My doctor just told me to try zantac. It works so good! All this time I was taking tums and they werent working.

Try drinking some milk when ever it acts up. Pregnant with baby number 2 and its helped alottttt with both pregnancys

I'm 38w2d, and I def do! I've just learned to eat like nothing dif, just stay around the same things I usually eat that won't give me heartburn, indegestion, or acid reflux! The acid is the worst!! I've given up on my favorite foods... lol.. not much longer for us though and it won't happen.. I'm so happy lol
