I was around 16 weeks. I would lay on my belly to feel him kicking better. If it doesn't hurt you to lay on your belly I say try that. It also helps if you sit in a quiet room and just relaxe.
I started feeling flutters at twelve to fourteen weeks but it didn't happen very often just feels like little bubble and is quick

Usually 20 weeks or later is the normal! You're almost there!! :)
