I ask my fiancé to be patient with me and keep in mind that It's just hormones and I do the same. Just keep telling yourself that you don't want your boyfriend to get the point that he doesn't want to be around you. Also take some peaceful time to yourself, take up a new hobby or make a playlist full of music that keeps you happy and play it all the time.
Just keep in mind it's just hormones don't let them control you I'm 32 weeks and never have taken anything out on my husband maybe try going for a walk when you feel mad to relax and get some fresh air
I'd also like some advice please. I'm 13 weeks today and so moody I can't hardly stand it. Crying for no reason and completely going off on my boyfriend, even if its something stupid or something that was even my fault. How can I keep myself from doing this? We are falling apart and we need something to keep us connected and close
