help heart burn

I have really bad heartburn an it's keeping me awake any tips on how to get rid of it? No matter how I lay it doesn't help.

Try to not eat before you lay down.  It's indigestion. I get it alot... Milk, or tums if it happens still. Reduce eating spicy foods.

Ice cream and plain bread work too since bread helps soak up the stomach acid. Also a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water,  my grandma used it when she was pregnant ergo twins at 17. I have found that the baking soda works best for me.

Yeah I know how you feel im 37 weeks 2 days and last few weeks have been terrible to the point I was actually sick. I take rennies they work most of the Time x

I have to sleep with like 4 pillows so i am elevated from the waist up. Not a lot just a little bit. I also use zantac and it works good. Good luck

I tried the tums they aren't working my doctor had mentioned pepcid but I was trying to see like if something I already had was okay. I will try the milk an if all else fails I will be buying pepcid. Thank you ladies

I have had the worst heartburn to , to where it would make me throw up . I'm 33 weeks and my doctor said take zantac it works wonders!! I have also tried pepcid and tums but those really don't do anything.
