help in pain

Since 8pm i been having weird pains down there i dnt no if its contractions or what its so hard to describe what it feels like its been on n off since 8 pm n now its 2:49 am on Saturday i can't sleep at all n its getting a little stronger my baby girl keeps moving non stop i have no clue if i should go into labor n delivery or what yo do or just wait it out i am 39 weeks and 4 days

Just call L&D.. and let them know you are having this problem.. and also time your contractions or pain.. how its coming and going.. also put a pad on to see if you are loosing water.. these will help you.. when they investigate..

I did all they said is i would no if its contractions n count them i told them i am new do this bc its my 1st kid n i no someppl are different from others so really they were no help

I would call labour and delivery and see what they say.
