help its about exercise
Can i use an indoor exercycle bike? Im 17 weeks, thank in advance: )
I used a stationary bike in my pregnancy and even mentioned that to my dr. He didn't seem to have a problem with it. Baby is perfectly fine, I stopped using it because I was having sciatic nerve pain.
my doctor told me not to bike.. you might wanna ask your ob just to be sure..
