10w today!

I found out I'm having my first ultra sound on thursday to find out exactly how far along I am. I'm really excited! I just wish the morning sickness would go away. I can't even eat anything without throwing up, and its really uncomfortable to sleep. I've tried toast, saltines, gingerale, nothing seems to be helping. Any advice?

I  thought I was 9.5 Weeks at my first ultra sound but was actually only 4.5 Weeks. Dont freak out if that happens to you. Its been over two months since then and my baby is doing perfect :)
