You can eat crabs. You can eat seafood. You can Google what's safe and what's not but crab is ok. Limit your self to one to two servings per week.

I've been having so much seafood cravings since being pregnant! Crab is definitely okay. Just try to stick to the normal stuff. Crab, lobster, shrimp, salmon. Nothing raw or exotic. Just nothing high in mercury :)
