help pleaseee !?

Today I ate chicken that was cooked in the oven , but the sell by or use by date said dec 20 . The chicken was frozen but two or three days ago me and my b.f were gonna cook it so we took it out but ended up just putting it back in the freezer . Im worried bcus im not sure if it was ok ?! It didnt taste , look or smell bad but I do feel a little sick right now :/ should I be worried ????? 16 w 2 d ftm

Did it thaw before you put it back in the freezer or was it still frozen? When things have thawed you shouldnt refreeze! Especially white meat! The sell by date doesnt matter when frozen.. unless its been in there for a LONG time haha..

Plus if it was bad trust me.. you would be feeling the "a s s" end of things xD (bad joke)

Yep! We make freeze chickens for months then take it out and anything we dont want to cook we wrap up and put back. Its fine :)

Yeah we put it back in the same day we took it out , but what about the date ? It said the 20th but the chicken was frozen the hole time so it was ok right ? And again, it didnt smell, look or taste bad .

Yeah i always feel sick but my dads a chef so i assure you its fine :) aslong as you put it back in the freezer while it was still good your fine

Thank you  ! I feel much better now :) but still a little nauseated which is obviously part of this hole pregnancy thing lol .

Nah its fine :) as long as you put it  back while it wasnt rotten or bad :) i refreeze pieces of chicken all the time when we dont cook it as long as its cooked completely your fine :)
