Restraining order?

Has anyone ever placed one successfully on their child's father or know how?

He keeps threatening to "slap" me because I deserve it and that he hopes he knocks some sense in me. That he wants me so scared of him.

I know it may not be him kicking or shoving me but I'm due in 5 days and says he's just waiting for me to deliver and that he isn't really hitting or abusing me.

Just "one good slap" is enough and not a big deal.

Psycho right? Is this grounds for an order? I don't want my child around this behavior!!

Oh !, this child is crazy. You can go to your local police station and get one !, I don't play with threats ... let alone constant threats ?, get your proof together via txt , pictures, recordings , etc.. & go ahead up there. Best of hope to you.

Thanks! I called my friend last name. He's a cop and told me that he will accompany me to the court house and guide me on obtaining an order.

I wouldn't even respond that let him talk or text his self ignore him if u don't ur just playing into his silliness then he will never stop but if u don't respond ignore his text he will only be talking to his self n will get the point n actually leave u alone

Don't put him on the birth certificate n report everything he is doing n saying to u don't respond to his messages but keep everything n report it

I have proof. He also said prior to this that he would like to set my bike on fire and I said that he'd be in jail.

He said "yeah if I try to kill you I would be in jail too, there's many reasons"

And I have no idea wtf that means.

If he is texting you save the messages and if he's calling you record it and show it to the cops so you have proof if it

Yeah you can put a temporary one on him & than you guys go to court & the judge will decide to put a permanent one

You should report everything so if he tries to take your child you can prove he has a violent past.

worse case scenario he tries to attack you the cops no he  is not supposed to be around you
