Im almost 29 weeks havent had materna makes me so sick tried all diffrent ways. Well i found out friday i have very  low iron i got the pills to take but. I puke in them as well  i dont no what to do  help plzzzzzzz

Also incorporate orange juice and green leafy veggies in your diet.  I hope this helps.

You should contact your Dr to see if there are better pills to take.  My Dr told me that I'm anemic and gave me some sample pills to take for now.
