help! scorpian sting!

I got stung by a striped bark scorpian please tell me if it will hurt my baby!!!

Don't worrie your baby is fine :)
I read a couple things ppl wrote online and all of them said the same how it don't affect the baby. So don't stress mama!!! I wish you the best in your pregnancy!! Take care.

Your welcome, by what I've read I don't think it's anything to be freaking out too much over just call your doctor tomorrow just to let them know what happened so they're aware.

I googled it and this is what someone wrote, even though I still think you should call just to be safe..

This is obviously a late reply, but I wanted to share this info...
I was just stung by a bark scorpion( at 11 weeks pregnant), in Arizona, which is the only potentially lethal scorpion here.  I called poison control and was informed that it doesn't affect the unborn baby, as the poison is spread through nervous system and does not enter blood stream. This poison center, at Banner Thunderbird, is the only place that carries the anti-venom for the bark scorpion, in the Phoenix area.   It is shipped from a university in Tucson , and still in a trial period. It is safe for pregnant women if you are having a severe reaction.  However, I have just had pain, tingling with sting and did not go to the hospital.

Why wait on answers on people off the net and keep looking up information ?
Just to straight to the hospital!.

I looked them up and their not deadly to adults so wouldnt my immune system protect the baby?

I have no idea but I would deff call your doctor and make sure!! There should be someone on call at night.

I would call the hospital because some are poisonous.  Don't know if that one is.
