some opinions on a middle name...

Hey ladies, we're not finding out this time around what the sex is of our baby, but I'm due in 8 weeks,  and I would love some opinions from you guys... if it's a girl we wanna name her Aubrey and if its a boy we wanna name him Braxton, what would be a good middle name for either name?

Thank you ladies! I really do like James for a middle name and Cole, I'll have to decide between them 2 :)   I like Rose as well, how would Hope go as a middle name, Aubrey Hope??

My daughters name is Riley Carol Denise, but when yelling it out I only use Riley Carol, which makes me regret giving her 2 middle names to be honest - especially because Carol is her dad's mom's name (and we have no contact with her - her own choice) and Denise is MY moms name (which never gets used unless she's in SERIOUS trouble, lol)

I think GeekMom is onto something - Braxton James flows nicely
I think Aubrey Lynn, Aubrey Anne or Aubrey Rose go together well also.

I had Aubrey picked out for a girl. Her middle name would have been Heather Christine. Its a nice name and found a lot can go with it. What about Braxton James?

Something short, something classic, possibly something with a family connection. Something that sounds right when you open the back door and holler the full name across the yard, because you're gonna do that a zillion times (definitely try them out loud!!). Since both of your first names are two syllables I'd go with a one syllable middle name for each.
Girl: Jane, Rose, Anne, Beth, Kate, Lynn, etc.
Boy: Paul, James, John, Cole, Kyle, etc.
