should i be upset?

So I'm 26weeks pregnant and I'm a ftm. It's my mom's first grandchild and she wanted a baby girl sooo bad but I'm having a boy. She keeps looking at girl stuff every time we go baby shopping and i kind of get upset. And it's not only her it's the rest of my family including my boyfriend! Idk if I'm being too sensitive but the other day i cried because they keep making comments on how i should be having a girl and all the things they would get her and stuff.. Idk. Maybe it's the hormones that get me like this..

My family were all the same. All they did was look at girls stuff. Turned out I w having a boy AMD they were over the moon and have been amazing.

Lol I'm actually having a boy too and I do that every time I go into a store with baby stuff. I also make comments sometimes. It's because it's what they wanted you to have. Once your son gets here though they will be in complete love with him they will forget about all of this.

I know these mood swings and hormones get the best of me sometimes but thank you for the feedback ladies. At times i feel like no one understands me except for other preggos lol

I would be a little upset too. I went through a similar situation with my second pregnancy. Try not to stress because once the baby is born they wont care what the gender is. Just focus on ur little boy and ignore the comments

Trust me, a lot of little things will seem like huge deals while your pregnant. Just take a deep breath and remind yourself maybe it's not really that big a deal. And I'm sure they'll love your baby no matter what gender it is. :)

I was in the same situation. I don't really think it's a reason to be upset. At least their all excited for your baby. EVERYONE told me I was having a girl and that my gut feeling was wrong. I'm having a boy. I'm 32+1

Tell them look I'm having a boy so all the stuff u were planning on getting for a girl u can spoil this boy with. Clothes toys etc.. After all looking at girl stuff will not change things they need to stop being so selfish
