I have been in labor since 730 last night and still no sign of baby. I'm only 4 centimeters. I know as a ftm I have to be patient but it s u c k s. My water will be broken at 9 today of nothing had happened yet. How he comes on his own!
Maybe you should have them take out the epi and once it wears off you should walk around it could help a lot so could a warm bath or shower.
