I've had it w all 3 of my pregnancies. It's miserable. You can't really take anything for it-Tylenol doesn't do anything. Yes a chiropractor can help. What really helped me was stretching & yoga. Stretch every night & a fee times a day. Yoga poses that really helped are the warrior pose, the pigeon, & child's pose. Look them up online-but it's the only thing that helped me.
I didn't really take any medication for it. My doctor referred me to a chiropractor but by then the baby was here. Try massage. Sitting in a bath or going swimming helps too. And gentle walking. Even just back and forth in your house. Pregnancy stretches too. In labor it was really bad ( I had a natural birth) and after that it was just numb. It's so annoying but hang in there!
I had it with my first baby. It went away about 2 weeks after he was born.
