If you take the pill as recommended then the odds are slim. Especially since when you ovulate the egg only has about a 24 hour window to br fertilized and the odds even for couples who are actively trying to conceive is only 25% each month. I would however make sure to always use a condom as a back up method though since birth control is never 100% effective and I'm sure you don't want to chance it.
While it's definitely possible, no one can say for sure. If you take the pill exactly as directed (same time everyday and don't miss any) the odds wouldn't be high. It's far too soon to be able to test or to notice anything. In two weeks you'll be able to take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. I do strongly advise you to use condoms as added protection against pregnancy, and for personal health reasons. (STD's and such)
