horrible pain in lower back
Today is my nieces 3rd birthday and since I cant pick her up I've just been sitting on the floor to be at her level. I sit on the floor all the time, not a big deal and its actually more comfortable for me. But I was wrapping presents last night and my back started hurting so bad it brought tears to my eyes. I layed down in bed thinking it would go away but no. Tylenol makes me physically sick so I cant take it and the pain didn't go away for about an hour.
the birthday party is now over and as I was getting off the floor the pain came back and I couldn't move. I literally was stuck in a position trying to get up for 10 minutes because I couldn't move.
I'm 17w3d and a ftm. What is going on and how do I keep it from happening or help the pain?

The dr worned me that i would have alot of unusual aches and pains but if you are really concerned call the Dr. i also trend to take a warm shower our lay down and rest.
