hospital bag?

I have 4 weeks left and still don't know if I have everything I need for that hospital trip! What does baby need to come home with? Can anyone help

I need 7 weeks and I packed packed go home outfit with warm boots, sleeper with onesi for when she's in hospital, hats, mittens, socks, bottle and breast  pump and two blankets one when she's in hospital other to cover the carseat when we leave but I'm leaving those in car so when we leave I'm bringing for me sweater, a bath rope but then one that has the zipper in front, tank tops, underwear I knew the hospital provides them but I'm just taking one so when I leave cuz when I had my son I didn't like leaving in hospital under wears lol, breastfeeding bras I bought some this time last time, leggings,

I have 6wks left I've packed for baby: outfit for her after she's born & then another outfit for her to go home in, coat,2,3vests, hat,mitts,bottled baby milk (depending on the hospital) nappies,cotton wool. I've packed everything of my checklist in my notes off the midwife
