My hospital gave me a list of suggestions.
They said for bub I should take at least one singlet, one jump suit, socks/booties and mittens. (Mittens so the don't scratch themselves) A bunny rug/blanket, nappies, wipes. (They use their nappies at first but after the first couple most peoppe like to use their own) A car seat or they won't let you leave, and a going home outfit.
As for you, whatever clothing you find comfortable but aren't to attached to as it can get a little bloody. Lots of underwear, maternity pads. A heat pack for pain relief, anything that will help you in labour like music. They also told me to bring snacks, something lite like biscuits. They also said to bring jelly beans for energy during labour.
A change of clothes for your partner/ support person, and something for them to wear in water if you want them in the shower/birthing pool (another pain relief thing).
You'll need toiletries, and going home clothes. Again make sure that your clothes are comfortable and not tight as you will be very sore. Also, I can't stress more about taking lots of underwear! Expect lots of blood,  and the maternity pada are huge! So make sure you don't plan on wearing small underwear like a g string.  I know it sounds ridiculous, but I know someone who did lol.
Congratulations and good luck!!

Not all hospitals provide you with things. I would call the hospital and they should provide a list of things you will need.

Don't over do it. You really don't need much. For the baby it just needs one outfit and maybe a caraeat blanket if it's still cold outside where you are. The hospital will give you things. And for you. A comfy outfit to leave in. Probably a hairbrush and toothbrush maybe some makeup. I know I will not leave with out my pillow. Lol. I never go anywhere without my pillow. And a phone charger.
