Some hospitals give more than others
For my first son the hospital gave diapers, wipes, pacifers, receiving blankets, ready made bottles, diaper bag, and manual breast pump if breastfeeding and for my second son different hospital and state and just diapers, wipes, ready to use bottles, pacifiers, both gave nose suckers but I never used them because they keep bacteria in them and can start to grow mold on the inside and gets very nasty
Our hospital also provides all your baby's clothes while you're there so you only need to worry about packing a going home outfit and a blanket for baby. Our town also has a welcome person come see you in the hospital with all kinds of goodies..the one I'm looking forward to is the 3 month gym membership for daddy and I!
Thank you ladies this was very helpful!
Just call the hospital your giving birth in.. ask what they provide and pack from there.. only way ull know since every hospitals diff.
My hospital gave me diapers, a hat, a pacifier, a nose sucker, those little ready to feed bottles, and a little back pack full of samples and other things. I also asked for extra diapers when i went home and they gave them to me.
I got her hat, an ice pack, a couple of pads, some creams, 2 nose suction balls, and maybe 5 diapers. I breastfed so I didnt get a pacifier or formula.
Where so you live in florida? Thank you for the info I'm confused cause everyone tells me something different in light of what I should pack later on
Our hospital gives you a pacifier, a hat, whatever is left of the pack of diapers, and whatever is left of the ready to feed bottles of formula.
