hot flashes
So I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and I've been experiencing major hot flashes since 30 week and lately its been getting worse. I wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing this and what I can do when I start hot flashing
I have also basically all you can do is try to stay cool turn on the ac eat something or drink something nice and cold
Taking a shower doesn't work and I hate eating ice chips because it makes me pee constantly.
