hot flashes
I'm 18 weeks and I just started having hot flashes. It's driving me insane and I feel like I'm in hell
Mine were really bad in the beginning at night while I was trying to sleep. It seemed to taper off at 30 weeks though. Try wearing light pjs or using a light blanket instead of a comforter.
Just make sure you drink lots of water ! I nearly fainted the other I got so hot lol
