Those look like thyroid function tests. Your TSH value is really high (optimal TSH for getting pregnant is ~1), so I'd suggest seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. You also need to have your day 3 FSH tested and your spouse needs to have his sperm count checked.

I'm sorry, but there are no doctors here, only patients and members who give each other ideas and support.
It can take quite some time, even as long as a year, to conceive naturally, even if nothing is "wrong". But as you apprroach yor 30s, certainly I understand the pressure and anxiety you feel.
I can't comment on the lab values. You doctor needs to give you a good physical exam first, with appropriate lab work (which it sounds like you are doing). Then, at this point, some couples would elect to see a reproductive specialist, to have a consultation about the situation.
