call it intuition

I know it's been 7 years since my last pregnancy. Although, I think I'm in the early stages of labor.  I have already been at 2 cm for about 2 weeks. I've been having contractions since yesterday afternoon. They really aren't at the point where you could time them completely. The most recent ones have been stronger and lasted longer. I was woke up with pain in my hoo hoo, lol which lasted about a minute and a half along with the tightening in my abdomen. So, I guess what I'm asking is, does this sound familiar to some of you recent mommies?  It's been awhile I know it's kinda like riding a bike after awhile, but some of the details you tend to forget. Lol

I'm 34+4, I've went into preterm twice in which they stopped labor. They injected me with the steroids the first time I was admitted. At my last Dr appointment I was informed not to come in until my contractions were 5-10 minutes apart and strong enough I couldn't talk through them. A little confused considering I'm not full term yet, but following orders I guess.
