^instead of a lollipop maybe try chewing ice. I know a lot of girls gain a lot of weight so getting hooked on water is sometimes a better solution :)

Every time you crave a cig, grab a lollipop instead.  For some people, it's the hand to mouth motion that keeps them smoking. It might help and work for you.

I feel ya there. It is hard to quit. Im trying to do it cold turkey but not working very well. Ask your dr if there is anything they can to help u. Some say its not good to quit cold turkey to just ween urself..
