hypothyroidism and pregnancy

Just found out I am pregnant I'm so happy so far u haven't had any morning sickness. I don't know how far along am I . I need to schedule an appointment with a midwife but I also have hypothyroidism I'm on synthroid my doctor said it's ok to take my prenatals and synthroid together but I read online that it will interfere with the absorption of iron .. also will my thyroid disorder even if treated cause a miscarriage?

I have a hyper thyroid to! My first pregnancy I was on synthroid and my baby was healthy and fine :) this pregnancy I am not taking medication because of my thyroid being where drs want it to be! So far so good, I think you'll be fine mama!!

I've delt with horrible iron absorption my entire pregnancy. I have an iron supplement that I take opposite of my vitamin. As for the thyroid issue, I have no idea...
