I agree with above, i am now going through tests after ttc for 2 years it's hard and i'm only 24 years old, i never ever thought i would have a problem conceiving but it just goes to show you can never tell what's expected of your future. Best of luck!!
I totally agree with Lance06, it takes many healthy couples up to a year, or even longer to conceive, but I also wanted to throw in that (if you are not already doing so) charting and using OPK's can sometimes help you to conceive quicker by helping you pinpoint when you are ovulating. Also sometimes just bd'ing every other day helps. Remember, stress can hurt your chances of conceiving, so try to relax and have fun with DH while trying.
It can take a healthy couple up to a year or more to get pregnant. IT does happen at the snap of a finger. Hang in there and give it awhile longer. If after a year you have no success, talk to your doctor about seeing a fertility specialist to run some tests.
It took my husband and I three years to conceive and we are both healthy!
