i just wanna cry. :(

Going on 30+ hours of early labor...contractions NEVER going away..they havent gone away since. Currently back up to every 6 1/2 minutes, and pretty painful. Like i cant really talk through them. Lasting about 35-40 seconds each....i went to the hospital yesterday and i was 2cm and 80%....so they sent me home woth no change in my cervix after an hour. Told me to come back when they are3 mins apart...or really intense. They are much more intense today than yesterday, and ive been trying so hard to just breathe through them but i cant. :( idk what to do. I dont wanna be sent home and looked at like im an idiot if i go back. But im in pain :(

are you able to walk? If u can try to get up and do some squats it will help to bring down the baby.

The other ladies are right. I went to the hospital and got sent home 3 times when I was in labor with my second, then finally was admitted the 4th time and still labored there for 36 hours. Go back and get checked if it's really unbearable but if they send you home just enjoy your time there and try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Good luck mamma :)

Go back, at least if something is changing you'll know and who cares if they send you back home.

Try taking a bath. It will ease your pain and my help progress labor. Hope this helps!

If they are that bad, maybe you should go back. Walking is suppose to be a good way to try and dilate. Some people get stuck and don't go past a certain number without help
