i just want to know and the suspense is killing me

I had an ectopic pregnancy in april of this year, my fiance and i been trying for the past few months to conceive, had cycle on sept 6, oct1,and oct27th all normal. I explained to my OB that on the 27th of oct my cycle wad more spotting then an regular menstral flow, so he ordered an progesterone test to be drawn on me just got the results and my ovulation count is low, i waited too long to get drawn, my cycle duration now is 25 to 26 days now, i was suppose to start my cycle on the 22nd and didn't. I've even taken about 3 to 4 home pregnancy tests all negative, but im having early pregnancy sysptoms. Base on the pregnancy apps im 4w4d preg. What i want to know am i testing too early? Do i have enough hcg in my urine to detect on an home pregnancy test?

Thanks thats exactly what the nurse at my OB said, and if still neg and no cycle then they'll order an bld test. Have anyone experience what im going through right now?

Some test can detect that early but I suggest you wait a week and try again.. Good luck!
