i need some suggestions!please and thank you

I need to know what the best prenatal vitamins are I'm only 3-4 weeks along. I went to the doctor and she just told me I was pregnant I sent me out the door. I just need some suggestions and some helpful hints since I'm new at all of this!:)

I got prescribed Citra-Natal. I can never ever keep it down so honestly, I skip it sometimes. But it's supposed to be pretty good because it has a stool softener in it so you don't get so constipated, but I don't take it enough for it to work.

I just buy the cvs brand of gummy prenatal vitamins they honestly taste better than the more expensive brand and theyre less money too.

My doc told me to take 2 flinstone chewables a day not the gummys the chewables and they work fine

I think I take nature made. They have folic acid and DHA. I took some without DHA before I conceived, but switched at about 3 months to ones with DHA.

The best prenatal is the one you will take regularly. Lots of mamas like the gummies because they're easier on an upset stomach. If you get the big horse pills and can't swallow them easily you're not so likely to take them... As long as they have folic acid that's the most important part!

I take rainbow light prenatal vitamins They are all natural.  Drink lots of water :)

I use vita fusion prenatal gummis... They are yummy and easy on the tummy
