i think i threw out my back!

So i broke one of the pregnancy commandments and decided to move my room around by myself worst mistake ever! So i was moving my bed jusg using my knees when it got stuck so i went to give it a little lift just so it could move (i was so close!) The moment i lifted my back slid forward and then the rest of my body followed its the most unbearable thing! I couldn't even breathe let alone talk! So i had fallen face first into my bed and couldn't move until my sister found me 20 minutes later. Long story short i slept soundly but couldn't get out of bed! I cant even turn! Im 25 weeks or so, should i call my OB or do my bet to get to a hospital?  ON THANKSGIVING!  :'( how can i atleast take the edge off?

I would suggest trying to reach your doctor first by phone and see what they say. I hope it gets better I have had so many back problems so far :( I can't imagine the pain your in. DO NOT OVER DO IT AGAIN!!! Know your limit and stay within it. It's a commandment for a reason and it seems you, like me, had to learn the hard way! :p feel better mama!
