Mine you used to wake me up in the middle of the night and hurt so bad that I could barely move and just wanted to cry.  All I could do was sit there and try to stretch it/rub it out and moan becuase it hurt so bad.  Gotta love pregnancy :)

i had leg cramps from 30 weeks until the end, they were horrible. especially because sometimes i would wake with them in the middle of the night. some days my leg would be cramping the entire day.

well your muscles are probably stressed. you could rub bengay or icyhot on them and then walk so your skin will obsorb the cream and it should feel better.

I get leg cramps in my calves at the end of my pregnancies.  They hurt something fierce.  Eating something with a lot of potassium like bananas can help.  When you feel one coming on flex your toes and foot upward (not point like in ballet) and hold it there for a few seconds, release and do it again.  This should help to shorten the duration of the cramps.
